Precifarm AI Ltd (Precifarm) is a Kenyan company registered in Nairobi. We design, install, and service distributed solar systems across Kenya. References to "we", "us", and "our" in this policy mean Precifarm AI Ltd.

2. What we collect

We collect personal information you provide directly when you:

• Submit an enquiry through our contact form, by email, by phone, or by WhatsApp.
• Register interest in a Precifarm training cohort through the training registration form.
• Engage us for a site assessment or installation.
• Pay for a system, in cash, by M-Pesa, or by bank transfer.

This typically includes your name, contact details, site location, and any load, design, or training-prerequisite information you share with us. For form submissions, we additionally capture the URL path you submitted from and the submission timestamp, used to triage and respond to your enquiry.

3. How we use it

We use your personal information to:

• Respond to your enquiry and schedule a site assessment.
• Design, install, and service the system you commission.
• Manage payments and financing where applicable.
• Deliver the five-year service commitment that comes with every Precifarm install.
• Communicate with you about your installed system.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only where necessary for the work you have engaged us to do, including:

• Partner banks, where you have asked us to share your design and quote for financing.
• Regulators such as EPRA, where required for licensing and compliance.
• Service providers we use to operate (analytics, hosting, communication tools).

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for marketing purposes outside of our own communications with you about your installed system.

5. How we protect it

We hold personal information securely and apply reasonable safeguards consistent with the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019. Access is restricted to the team members who need it to design, install, or service your system.

6. Your rights

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email us at sales@precifarm.com.

7. Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics to understand how visitors use this website. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal information, and is GDPR and Kenya Data Protection Act compliant by design.
