Precifarm Commercial
24/7 operations. No downtime.
The customers we have built this package for, in their own words.
Farms running borehole irrigation — pumps up to 3 km from the water source, drip or sprinkler across 5–45 acres
Cold storage, milk-cooling stations, milling, and small agro-processing — typically 28+ kWh per day
Greenhouses, dairy units, hatcheries, and water-linked agribusinesses
Clinics and small health facilities running diagnostics, refrigeration, and cold-chain vaccines
Schools, SACCOs, churches, lodges, and community institutions
Retail shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies with cold storage and PoS
Offices, co-working spaces, and SACCOs with computers and servers
Telecom shelters, off-grid lodges, and remote field offices
Any commercial operation where a few hours of downtime means lost revenue
Built for these workloads
Four common operating profiles we have sized this package for. Your loads probably look like one of these — or a blend.

How we size this system
Most Kenyan solar systems disappoint because installers undersize panels relative to battery capacity to win on price. Customers blame the battery; the real problem is the panel. We engineer around three sizing rules — and we will show you the numbers for your specific install.
We design at 4.5 peak sun hours per day — the worst-case rainy season for Nairobi and Mwingi, not the marketing-brochure best case.
Panel output is multiplied by 0.75 to account for temperature, wiring losses, inverter efficiency, and dust — the numbers you actually get on a roof in Kenya.
Panels must generate enough to fully recharge a drained battery in one good solar day while still serving the daily load. No undersizing to win on price.
Sized for Precifarm Commercial
Verifiable against any other supplier in the market — the same rules, applied honestly.
From the first call to year-three reliability — what working with us actually feels like.
Step 01
We audit your loads, model annual generation against 4.5 PSH × 0.75 derate, and quote a system sized for your operations.
Step 02
Tariff-aware energy management uses solar and battery first, grid only when it makes financial sense. Neura tracks usage, uptime, and savings on any device.
Step 03
Priority support tier with on-site response when needed. Remote diagnostics with engineer dispatch.
Step 04
Multi-site visibility for businesses with more than one location. Automated reports for sustainability disclosures and lender financing.
One transparent price, no hidden fees. Out-of-region installs add a travel line.

The questions we hear most often when customers consider this package.
Operations drawing roughly 28 kWh per day — borehole irrigation farms, cold rooms, milling, small agro-processing, SACCOs, clinics, schools, lodges, telecom shelters, and SMEs with cold storage, PoS, networking, lighting, and security around the clock.
Yes — irrigation is one of the most common Commercial deployments. The 12 kW hybrid inverter handles 3HP submersible borehole pumps (≈9 kW startup surge) without nuisance trips. We engineer the voltage-drop budget to support pump runs up to 3 km from the water source. A standard Commercial site can drive drip or sprinkler irrigation across 5 to 45 acres, depending on crop type, irrigation method, and pump duty cycle. Final sizing is confirmed during the site survey.
Distance to the water source, acreage under irrigation, load profile, terrain, and roof or ground-mount choice all change the engineered system. A standard 13.2 kWp / 15 kWh config sits around KSh 1.5m, but a longer pump run or expanded storage moves that. We confirm the price in writing after the site survey, before you commit.
24 panels at 550 W produce 44.6 kWh per day in worst-case conditions (4.5 peak sun hours × 0.75 derate), refilling the 15 kWh Neura Pod in 0.7 days. The 12 kW hybrid inverter handles a 3HP borehole pump (≈9 kW startup surge) without nuisance trips. For larger irrigation or processing loads we expand panels and storage proportionally.
Yes. The 12 kW hybrid inverter is tariff-aware — it uses solar and battery first, and falls back to the grid only when it makes financial sense.
No. Precifarm Commercial is sold cash-only, with the price confirmed in writing after a site survey (a standard 13.2 kWp / 15 kWh config sits around KSh 1.5m, before site-specific engineering). Most commercial customers arrange financing privately through KCB Bank Kenya's Clean Energy Financing programme (up to KSh 250m secured, up to 60 months, backed by the Green Climate Fund). Stanbic Solar PV Financing and Co-op CO-OP-A-MAJI are alternatives. Precifarm is not a credit broker, but we supply the technical specifications, BOM, and EPRA compliance documents banks require to underwrite the loan. See our financing page for the partner links and worked examples.
Energy use, uptime, monthly savings, and per-circuit consumption — accessible from any device, with multi-site visibility for chains.
Priority. Faster response times, on-site engineer dispatch when required, and optional service-level agreements for mission-critical sites.
Yes. The Neura Pod 15 is expandable to a Neura Pod 25 (+10 kWh, +KSh 261,000) for evening processing operations. Further modules can be added beyond that.
Yes. Neura generates automated reports to support sustainability disclosures and lender financing, including the technical specifications, BOM, and EPRA compliance documents banks require.
