Precifarm MegaPack is a project-engineered battery energy storage system (BESS) platform for commercial, industrial, renewable-energy, EV-charging, microgrid and utility-scale applications in Kenya, with a design path across Africa.

Precifarm is the designer, integrator and project developer — and may be a financing or operating partner where that is lawful and contracted. Precifarm does not claim to manufacture the battery cells, power conversion equipment or complete container as a standard product line.

How much energy you need to store, and for how many hours
Where the project will connect (voltage, capacity, export if any)
Solar or other generation on site or planned
Whether EV charging, backup or grid-support is in scope
Preferred commercial model (own, finance, service)

How we work

Assess → Model → Connect → Engineer → Finance → Build → Operate. Final architecture depends on grid voltage, connection capacity, load profile, export capability, battery power and energy, protection, metering, utility requirements, operating model and applicable Kenyan regulations.

Regulatory position

Designed for compliance with applicable Kenyan requirements. Final compliance and approvals are determined project-by-project. Grid-connected projects are subject to site-specific engineering, utility interconnection, applicable EPRA approvals/licensing, environmental and county approvals, and the relevant network operator. Precifarm does not claim “EPRA certified”, “KPLC approved” or licensed energy-storage operator status on this brief.

MegaPack is not advertised as net-metering enabled. Backup is not automatic on a grid-tied BESS. Storage can help reduce instantaneous grid demand; it does not eliminate interconnection studies or possible reinforcement.

Grid-connected installations, generation/export arrangements, EV public-charging operations and electricity supply activities may require approvals, licences, permits, agreements, technical studies and inspections under Kenyan law and applicable utility requirements. Requirements vary by project, location, capacity, point of connection and operating model.
